Do I need to be a writer?

Not at all. You simply share your memories by speaking. We shape them into a beautifully written story, your voice, your words, just polished.

Can this be a gift?

Yes, and one of the most meaningful ones you can give. Many people choose Memorable for a parent, grandparent, or loved one as something personal that outlasts any traditional gift.

The Experience

How does the interview work?

A guided AI companion leads you through thoughtful questions at your own pace, relaxed, conversational, and designed to bring out stories you might not think to tell.

How long does it take?

You have up to 20 hours of guided conversation, typically completed over 1 to 2 months. There is no rush. You have up to 6 months to finish at your own pace.

What if I don't remember everything?

That is completely normal. The conversations use prompts and follow-ups to help details surface naturally. You can also add context as you go.

Can family members contribute?

Yes. Family members can help edit the stories to enrich the final story.

How does Memorable work across the app and the web?

In the app, you record your stories through guided conversations over time. In Memorable Studio on the web, you review the narrative, refine details like names and places, shape the final manuscript, and prepare it for print.

What will the writing sound like?

Your voice and tone stay at the center, clear, warm, and true to you. The narrative is shaped to be a pleasure to read, not a transcript.

Is this AI-generated?

AI helps shape your memories into a well-written narrative, but your voice and intent always stay at the center. Think of it as a gifted writing partner, not a generator.

Can I review and request edits?

Yes. In Memorable Studio you review drafts, request changes, and refine details before anything goes to print.

Can I include photos?

Yes. You can add photos to complement your story and make the book an even more personal keepsake.

Privacy and Data

Who owns the stories?

You do, always. Your memories belong entirely to you. You can download them, keep them private, or request deletion at any time. They are never used to train AI models or shared with third parties.

Is my story private?

Yes. Your story is private by default and only accessible to you and anyone you explicitly choose to share it with.

Delivery and Pricing

What is the difference between buying on the website vs. in the app?

Both include the full Memorable experience and your final PDF. Website purchases include the print package, hardcover books with shipping included. App purchases are digital only; printed books can be added later in Studio for an additional charge.

How many languages do you support?

English, Spanish, French, Italian, and German, with more on the way.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the US, UK, Germany, Italy, France, Spain. If you have a specific destination in mind, reach out before ordering.

Can I order extra copies?

Yes. Additional copies for family and friends can be ordered once the final version is approved.
