users of the Memorable mobile app;
visitors to our website;
customers who purchase subscriptions or printed products;

Information You Provide Directly
account information, such as your name, email address, password, phone number, and login credentials;
profile information;
stories, memories, journal entries, notes, transcripts, titles, captions, edits, and written content;
audio recordings, voice responses, uploaded files, images, and other media you choose to provide;
information you provide about family members, , or gift recipients;
shipping, billing, and contact details;
customer support messages and communications;
survey responses, feedback, and testimonials.
Information Collected Automatically
device information, browser type, operating system, app version, language, and identifiers;
usage information, such as features used, session activity, clicks, taps, navigation paths, and timestamps;
log and diagnostic information;
approximate location inferred from IP address;
cookie, SDK, and similar tracking data on the website and app, depending on your settings and permissions.
Information from Other Sources
payment and transaction confirmations from payment processors;
account or authentication data from sign-in providers, if you use social or third-party login;
shipping updates from fulfillment providers; and

How We Use Information

generate AI-assisted prompts, summaries, edits, and outputs you request;
process purchases, subscriptions, printing, shipping, and customer support;

detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity;
communicate with you about the Services, updates, orders, and support;
comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms; and
analyze performance and improve usability.
AI Processing
If you use AI-assisted features, your content may be processed by our systems and service providers to generate prompts, summaries, edits, or other outputs.
We may use service providers to support transcription, language processing, printing workflows, storage, analytics, and customer support.
We do not use the actual stories, recordings, transcripts, or other expressive content you create in Memorable to train third-party foundation models or to improve our own product or models, except as needed to provide the Services you request. We may use aggregated and de-identified product usage information—such as feature usage, navigation patterns, and service performance—to improve the Services.
When We Share Information
We may share personal information with:
vendors and service providers that help us operate the Services, including providers that support AI-powered interviews, text-to-speech, speech-to-text or transcription, hosting, database infrastructure, analytics, customer support, payments, printing, and shipping;
professional advisors, auditors, insurers, and legal counsel;
government authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; and
a buyer, investor, successor, or affiliated entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to remember preferences, keep you signed in, understand usage, measure performance, and improve the Services.

Account Deletion
You may request deletion by contacting us at support@memorablestories.ai. We will delete or de-identify your personal information as required by applicable law, subject to legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, backup, transaction, and recordkeeping exceptions.
If you have approved a book or other product for print and production has already begun, deletion will not affect physical copies already produced or orders already in progress.
California Privacy Notice
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable.
At or before the time of collection, we may provide a notice describing the categories of personal information collected and the purposes for which they are used.
We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless expressly stated.
Children’s Privacy
Memorable is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not create an account or use the Services on their own.
Adults may, however, use the Services to create stories or memories that refer to their children or other minors. If you submit personal information about a child, you represent that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have the authority to provide that information and consent to its use in connection with the Services.
If we become aware that a child under 13 has created an account or directly provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, we may delete the information and take appropriate action.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. User content is encrypted in transit and at rest. We also design our systems so that Memorable personnel do not have routine access to the actual stories, recordings, transcripts, or other content users create, except where limited access is strictly necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or customer support and only under appropriate controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Transfers
If you use the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.
